Responsibilities

• Lead investment origination & deal sourcing
• Expand and develop relationships with founders, family businesses, corporates, banks and advisors to generate strong deal flow
• Lead execution of investment opportunities, including financial analysis, modelling, deal negotiations, deal structuring and pricing, due diligence processes, and legal closings for investments
• Oversee portfolio performance and partner with management teams to enhance value and drive growth strategies
• Support fundraising by preparing presentations, updating investors on portfolio progress, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
