Role Overview The Vice President will sit within the EMEA Diversified Industries Investment Banking coverage team, with a dedicated focus on the mid-market Aerospace & Defence (A&D) sector across the EMEA region. The team originates and executes public and private M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients across the industrial landscape, working closely with product partners (M&A, ECM, DCM, etc.) and sector colleagues globally.
