Role Overview

The Vice President will sit within the EMEA Diversified Industries Investment Banking coverage team, with a dedicated focus on the mid-market Aerospace & Defence (A&D) sector across the EMEA region. The team originates and executes public and private M&A and capital markets transactions for corporate and financial sponsor clients across the industrial landscape, working closely with product partners (M&A, ECM, DCM, and sector colleagues globally.

As a Vice President, you will play a central role in driving transaction execution and client delivery, leading day-to-day workstreams on live deals and pitches, and supporting business development efforts across A&D. You will be expected to combine strong technical expertise with outstanding project management and client-facing capabilities, while developing junior talent and ensuring consistently high-quality output.
