Previous relevant experience within an Investment Banking or broader Corporate Finance required
Prior experience within TMT is preferable but not required
Technical skills around financial modelling and transactional experience. Good communication skills together with interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively, whether presenting to clients or senior executives
Able to develop creative solutions to meet client needs and identify cross-product opportunities
Partnership minded with a strive for excellence in what you do, underpinned by strong analytical skills
