We are hiring for an Investment Associate to look at Data Centre investments.
This is an execution-heavy role embedded within a lean, high-conviction investment team, with direct exposure to the leadership team and live platform decisions across the full deal lifecycle — from initial screening and financial modelling through to transaction execution and portfolio monitoring.
Responsibilities: Build and maintain financial models for new data centre opportunities, monitoring project assumptions, capex, returns, and key development milestones Prepare investment papers, presentation materials, and internal approval documents for new opportunities and pipeline asset Support deal execution including data room review, document coordination, and stakeholder follow-up across advisors, counterparties, and partners Support external engagement with advisors, counterparties, and potential partners where needed
