You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt; identify errors in valuation logic (DCF/comps/precedents), deal structuring, capital markets concepts, accounting linkages, risk analysis, and narrative rigor; fact-check financial claims and calculations; write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct methods; and rate and compare multiple responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.
