We are looking for an Investment and Asset Management Director / Manager to manage the investment and growth of our Company's surplus funds.

• To source for investment opportunities in equities and/or real estate in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, China and Europe
• Monthly presentation of investment opportunities to the board of shareholders to secure approval for the investment
• To invest and build up a portfolio of investments with positive yield and cashflow, given a certain fund size
• Active asset management of the portfolio so as to optimize the returns of the investment portfolio
• Quarterly reporting of the financial performance of the portfolio, with comparison to the cashflow presented for investment approval and annual budget
