Oasis Crescent is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its investment team.

You will contribute directly to investment decision-making through fundamental research, valuation, and portfolio analysis across listed and unlisted investments.

Key responsibilities Conduct fundamental research and valuation Generate high-conviction investment ideas Maintain company and sector coverage Support portfolio construction and capital allocation Present investment recommendations to the Investment Committee Requirements BBus Sci (Finance with Accounting) or similar BCom Honours (Financial Analysis & Portfolio Management) or similar CFA Level II candidate or CFA Charterholder Strong academic record and high numerical ability 3+ years' experience in investment analysis or equity research Profile Independent thinker with sound investment judgement Clear communicator with strong analytical discipline Key interest in long-term investing Oasis Crescent
