Experience
Minimum 05 years' experience in Bank/Financial Institutions.
Preference will be given to candidates having good understanding in inquiry, investigation, complaint examination, fact-finding, audit, inspection, compliance review, or related assignments. Experience in banking, financial institutions, public sector organizations, audit firms, or other relevant institutions will be considered suitable.
Qualification
Minimum Bachelor degree from HEC recognized Institute/University (National/International).
Job Responsibilities
Examine complaints, references, and other assigned matters.
Conduct inquiries, investigations, and fact-finding assignments.
Collect, review, and analyze relevant record and evidence.
Prepare clear, structured, and timely inquiry / investigation reports.
Identify key issues, gaps, and causes, and suggest practical recommendations.
