Job Description
The Investigator builds relationships and assists Leadership with various tasks, including coaching and development opportunities with employees and assisting HR Leadership with various compliance related projects. This position involves a high degree of responsibility and will assist with compliance reporting, interpretation of policies and regulations to advise Leadership of appropriate courses of action, and managing the unemployment, termination, and retirement processes.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice, guidance, and action items to Leadership based on analysis of business needs and workplace situations to ensure appropriate responses to employee related issues.
* Review case data to identify trends and help develop long-term solutions and action plans for systemic issues.
