Position Overview
**DESCRIPTION**
This position is open to candidates in **Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; and Jacksonville, FL** , with a **#Hybrid** schedule (3 days in office).
You will play a critical role within the **Legal team** , ensuring **compliance with employment laws and internal policies in the United States and Canada** . This position leads **impartial investigations** , gathers and analyzes facts, and delivers findings.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Conduct investigations** involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage/hour claims; deliver clear findings and next steps.
+ **Draft position statements** in response to Department of Labor (DOL) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charges
+ Partner with legal counsel and internal stakeholders to **support ongoing legal matters**
+ **Drive compliance initiatives and process improvements** to ensure alignment with employment regulations and company policies
