**Hiring an Inventory Specialist for a Start Up Drone company in Hayward, CA!**

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform daily cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and investigate any variances by reviewing transactions, PO history, receiving issues, production usage, and system movements.
+ Analyze discrepancies by identifying root causes such as incorrect POs, mis-picks, mis-labels, BOM errors, or 3PL mistakes.
+ Partner with Receiving to correct upstream errors and implement preventive measures.
+ Coordinate with Production to understand material flow, WIP consumption, and ensure point‑of‑use inventory is accurate.
+ Maintain accurate records by documenting findings, updating inventory data, and ensuring ERP/WMS integrity.

**Work Environment**

The role is based in a warehouse environment within a manufacturing company, with a shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.
