Source Inventory Across Asset Classes* Identify and source land, commercial buildings, retail units, industrial sheds, and residential projects suitable for leasing, sale, collaboration, or investment.2. Conduct Site Visits & Verification* Visit properties to collect accurate details, verify ownership, assess site feasibility, and capture proper photos/videos for presentation.3. Document Collection & Due Diligence Support* Collect ownership documents, title papers, layout plans, approvals, and assist in coordinating legal/technical due diligence when required.4.
