Monitors the status of the central warehouse, facilities, and equipment including site warehouses to make recommendations for improvement
Verifies report of Warehouse Supervisor on violations and non-compliance of suppliers and prepares monthly reports-corrective actions to be cascaded to the concerned procurement department.
Supports logistics team/customer service in negotiating with forwarders and soliciting quotations including follow-ups and providing the location status of the shipment
Assists logistics team in handling after-service issues (claims, complaints)
Prepares internal memo on warehouse guidelines and incident reports for submission to Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
