Overview

The Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and thorough management of the vehicle inventory to optimize turnaround times, presentation, and availability. This individual works closely with the sales, service, and administrative teams to ensure comprehensive oversight of the inventory cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily inventory of new and/or used vehicles
• Enter, update, and track data in internal systems
• Coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures
• Ensure the accuracy of vehicle-related information (price, equipment, mileage, status, documentation, etc.)
• Monitor deadlines for vehicle preparation and online listing
• Generate and analyze various inventory reports and recommend improvements
• Take photos of new and used vehicles
• Follow up with the service department regarding repair approvals
