Requirements

• Grade 12 with Higher Grade Mathematics
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• 7–10 years’ experience in warehousing/distribution environments
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in inventory or stock management
• Minimum 5 years’ people management experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse inventory flow and stock control systems
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• FMCG, QSR, or large-scale distribution centre experience is advantageous
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Manage inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and stock movement within the distribution centre
• Oversee replenishment and put‑away processes to ensure operational flow
