Summary This position serves as a Property Manager in the Material Management Division of the Logistics Service in a Veteran Affairs Health Care System (VA HCS), and supported catchment area, with responsibility for the inventory and lifecycle management of all non-expendable (NX) equipment in an assigned area(s). Responsibilities Major duties include but not limited to: Responsible for managing the lifecycle of non-expendable (NX) assets for the organization and supported catchment area. Responsible for conducting short, mid and long-term advanced planning for new and replacement non-expendable assets. Participates in Veteran Integrated Service Network (VISN) and facility strategic planning to support major and minor construction projects, activation of new facilities, and reuse of existing space.
