JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is responsible for inventory management and stock control processes, to ensure efficient operations and optimal stock levels. Responsible for maintaining accurate records, minimising stock discrepancies, and supporting the smooth functioning of our production and order fulfilment processes. Auditing daily and actively support and drive smooth cleardown.
What You Will Be Doing:
Lead and manage a team of 5 Inventory Controllers to ensure stock accuracy and compliance.Conduct daily rack and stock audits across Ambient, Chiller, Kitting, and Freezer areas.Maintain accurate system records (Matflo) and reconcile discrepancies through investigations.Oversee cleardown and return to quarantine processes, including NOK stationsDrive compliance with food safety, health & safety, BRCGS, and supermarket standardsEnsure accurate and timely documentation of discrepancy sheets and cor...
