Position Overview
About the role Responsible for maintaining accurate stock records within the company. Key responsibilities Monitor accurate stock inventory records and update stock movements
Monitor stock balances and reconcile physical inventory with records
Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing departments on stock discrepancies
Support stock audits and ensure proper documentation compliance
Coordinate logistics activities including deliveries, shipments, and inventory distribution
Assist in formulating invoices for leasing and sales of materials and assets
Ad hoc assignments as required
About you Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
Minimum 1 years' experience
Meticulous, detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
