Overview

Inventory Coordinator at CHANEL, located at 5 Queensway, Croydon, CR9 4DL. Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time on site, 40 hours, Monday – Friday. Flexibility across working hours is essential, including weekend support as required. Schedules will be agreed in advance and aligned to the needs of the business.

Role Summary

The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for maintaining system integrity across D365, Y2, and Manhattan SCALE WMS, ensuring accurate stock movements, seamless cycle count execution, and precise reconciliation across multiple warehouse locations. The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, analytical rigour, and operational discipline, acting as the primary inventory point of accountability from receipt through to fulfilment and supporting cross‑divisional accuracy in real time.
