Duties And Responsibilities

• Keep goods in/out inventory, purchasing, shipping and other records up to date using the WMS.
• Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues; work in coldstore area with PPE.
• Perform product ID verification, cycle counts, and assist in physical inventories.
• Check stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorised substitutes, and reference catalogues to verify shipping accuracy.
• Identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
• Handle new goods in/out booking requests via Outlook and telephone.
