Responsible for the operation, optimization, and enhancement of warehouse inventory and quality management systems across the Europe region.
Improve inventory and quality metrics and evaluation systems, promote process alerts, tiered escalation, and continuous improvement to prevent quality incidents.
Deploy core ICQA strategies, advance inventory count management and in-process quality control, and establish standardized processes and single-warehouse management mechanisms.
Initiate quality improvement and optimization projects, collaborate internally for implementation, and participate in quality assessments related to new processes.
Build a quality culture by delivering quality standard training to management and key quality personnel, organizing quality culture activities and campaigns to foster a strong quality mindset.
