Job Title: Inventory Taker / Inventory Controller
Job Description We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Taker to manage stock counting and monitor the movement of inventory in and out of the store/warehouse. The candidate will ensure accurate stock records are maintained and all inventory transactions are properly documented.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct physical stock counts and inventory audits
- Record and monitor stock movement (incoming and outgoing items)
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation
- Verify deliveries and received materials against invoices or purchase orders
- Prepare stock issue and receiving reportsIdentify and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
- Organize and label inventory properly
