Inventory and Compliance Coordinator



The Asset Inventory and Compliance Coordinator will serve as the primary administrative and logistical support resource for managing demonstration asset inventory across the airborne Applications Engineering team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records within the designated asset management tool, coordinating equipment movements, performance of functional checks for incoming & outgoing demo pool shipments, coordinate required repairs with the service department. and ensuring adherence to global trade compliance and internal control policies. The position will also contribute to the development and upkeep of inventory control processes, documentation standards, and compliance-related procedures. Success in this role will directly support sales enablement, operational efficiency, and audit readiness across multiple business units.
