Position Summary: A TCD Technologist prepares and completes Transcranial Dopplers for the purpose of evaluating blood flow in the brain's major arteries. They also assist with instructing other staff residents physicians and technicians in proper TCD laboratory procedures. Maintains and organizes all supplies within the Neurodiagnostics lab with the assistance of a supervisor. Assists with research studies as assigned. Ensures adherence to Hospital and Departmental Policies and Procedures. Patient care assignment may include Neonate Pediatric Adolescent Adult and Geriatric age groups.
