The Interview Planning / Scheduling Associate supports end-to-end interview coordination for hiring demand by ensuring timely scheduling, stakeholder communication, governance compliance, and accurate tracking. The role works closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring stakeholders to enable smooth interview execution and strong candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Planning & Scheduling
Schedule and coordinate interviews
Manage interviewer and candidate calendars efficiently
Ensure timely completion of interviews as per defined timelines
Track and monitor interview status from scheduling to completion
Must-have
Good communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic MS Excel / data tracking skills
