Responsibilities:

• Perform and interpret coronary angiography and conduct primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in acute coronary syndrome cases.
  
• Insert temporary and permanent cardiac pacemakers, including device programming and follow-up management.
  
• Administer thrombolysis in accordance with clinical guidelines for acute myocardial infarction.
  
• Provide immediate and effective emergency cardiac care, including management of arrhythmias, heart failure, and cardiogenic shock.
  
• Conduct pericardial tapping (pericardiocentesis) for the diagnosis and treatment of pericardial effusion and cardiac tamponade.
