The Operation Support is responsible for assisting in the coordination and execution of daily port operational activities at Kuantan Port. This role ensures smooth documentation flow, system updates, compliance with port regulations, and effective communication between internal teams, port authorities and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor in IT or related
• Fast learner + Willing to gain new knowledge
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
• Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
• Monitor/Report gate operations, kiosk operations, turnstile/
