Your Role at Weekendesk
As a Sales Manager Assistant, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our Spanish Sales team to expand our platform’s hotel offerings and negotiate the best deals for our customers. Your communication and negotiation skills will shine as you build strong business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Benchmarking: Research, qualify, and create a database of new hotels aligned with our specifications.
- Recruiting new partners: Identify and onboard new hotels and activity centers to grow our platform, following our procurement plan.
- Negotiating and collaborating: Support campaigns, Tourism Office collaborations, and secure attractive packages.
- Business planning: Spot the best destinations, align with the business plan, and keep us competitive.
- Cold calling: Reach out to hotels to pitch Weekendesk and establish lasting partnerships.
