Position Overview
- Support daily pharmacy operations, including stock management and record keeping.
- Fill and label medications under the required supervision of a senior pharmacy assistant
- Perform routine stock maintenance activities within the pharmacy
- Performs extemporaneous drug repackaging, and batch compounding activities under the supervision of a senior pharmacist assistant
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
- Learn about pharmaceutical products, dosage forms, and basic pharmacology.
- Participate in health promotion and community pharmacy activities (if applicable).
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients and customers.
