Position Overview
To provide students with practical exposure within the Engagement & Culture function under People Experience. Interns will support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, communication strategies, and culture‑building activities, while gaining hands‑on experience in organizational development and employee experience projects.
Interns will learn and be exposed to:
- Employee engagement and culture transformation initiatives
- Development and execution of internal communication strategies
- Stakeholder engagement and change management practices
- Visual communication and content creation for corporate initiatives
- Event planning, coordination, and execution
- Cross‑functional collaboration within a corporate environment
