Support on financial models & company valuations and conduct strategic analyses
Carrying out research on market trends, industry development and potential target companies
Helping on the management of complex M&A projects by ensuring smooth coordination across stakeholders
Prepare high-quality presentations and materials for internal decision-making bodies
What You Bring
A university degree in economics, finance, or management (a technical or industrial engineering background with a strong finance interest is also welcome)
Ideally, prior experience in M&A / investment banking or strategy consulting
Strong MS Office skills (esp. Excel and Power Point)
Solid planning and organizational abilities, combined with analytical and conceptual thinking skills
