Responsibilities

• Assist Sales to submit processes, and coordinate with other departments to propel projects or orders.
• Input order information in SAP system for production scheduling according to contracts, PIs, loan agreements, etc.
• Support customers' daily requirements and provide relevant documents in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant departments at HQ, promoting the delivery and arrival of products.
• Provide administrative support for office operations.
• Support other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Current students majoring in International Trade or other Business-Related Majors. Internship experience in international trade is preferred.
• Skilled use of Office software, proficient in Mandarin/English to effectively internal communication.
• Work carefully and conscientiously, with a sense of responsibility.
