Key Responsibilities - Post job advertisements on job portals and support recruitment activities.- Prepare offer letters, certificates, name tags, and other HR documents.- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.- Upload and organize employee documents in the HR system.- Check medical certificates (MCs) and other employee-related documents.- Assist with courier invoice management and general HR administrative duties.- Provide day-to-day support to the HR team and participate in HR projects as assigned.
