Position Overview

- Handle day-to-day HR operations including attendance, leave and movements.
- Maintain HR files, HRIS database, and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including job ads, sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, salary proposals, offer letters and on-boarding orientation.
- Oversee timely staff confirmation, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, and appraisals.
- Handle employee communications, engagement activities, and grievance matters.
- Support discipline and counselling processes.
- Implementation of HR policies and compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and company standards.
- Review, maintain and update Employee Handbook and Company policies from time to time.
