Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping.
Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze and develop actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention.
Maintain awareness and knowledge of Occupational, Safety & Health (OSH), condition and location of fleet vehicles.
Responsibilities
To ensure regular stock checks during loading and uploading of goods.
Daily stock cycle count.
Oversee and manage picking, storage, receiving, dispatching, security, maintenance and administrative functions.
Maintain documentation and keep accurate records of warehouse activities.
Assist in overseeing logistics utilized to transport products to customers and internal facilities, communicating with drivers and air partners to ensure efficient delivery packages.
