Job Requirement
- Degree in communication/PR.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Deep understanding of customers concerns and thoughts regarding the use of products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide customer support and issue resolution via email, phone, chat, social media, and other online platforms.
- Handle multiple concurrent chats and email interactions.
- Identify trends in customer problems and provide clear feedback/inputs to the team members.
