We are looking for an Intern to join our M&A team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects.
Key tasks:
Assist in the execution of environmental and health and safety due diligence assessmentsSupport the preparation of commercial proposals for M&A due diligence projectsContribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteriaSupport data collection, document review, and preparation of technical reports and deliverablesConduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practicesRequirements:
