Responsibilities
Provide technical and functional support to clients in conducting their surveys, including: on‑boarding customers on the back‑office, presentation of functionalities, accompaniment in parameterization of the survey throughout the project, and closing of the survey and accreditation.
Detect customer needs by identifying and reporting to the Country Manager/Account Executive for an up‑sell logic.
Participate and take responsibility in cross‑functional projects aimed at improving the customer experience on the platform.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Master program, seeking a second internship or graduation.
Experience in an HR or SaaS environment is a plus.
