Job Description
You join our Primary team within the Global Securities Settlement department, which is looking for a Manager Securities Primary, for an internship of 6 months from February.
The team’s missions are as follows:
Ensure the conformity of legal documentation, particularly in the context of the bank’s issues and syndicated (or non-unionized) issues on behalf of external issuers;Enrich, validate and confirm certain operations in information systems;Monitor the settlement/delivery of transactions on the French and international markets (notably Euroclear Bank, but also the Italian, Spanish and American domestic markets);Escalate information and problems encountered with the concerned services (middle, front, legal, accounting ...);Resolve the disagreements observed on operations with counterparties (numerous contacts with counterparties, depositaries, paying agents, ...);
