Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to source and recruit top talent for the US region, utilizing a strong understanding of US recruitment processes, job boards, and ATS. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract potential candidates for assigned jobs/requisitions using various channels like job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Screen and qualify candidates’ technical skills, experience, and overall fit for the jobs.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
- Continuously scout for talent by developing and sustaining a candidate pipeline.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly submission targets and maintain the required submittal to Interview/Placement ratio.
