The ING International Talent Programme is a two-year development programme designed for talented international graduates to experience many roles, places, skills and challenges across the bank.

During the programme you will rotate between different teams and participate in workshops and activities to develop your potential in banking skills, personal growth, and professional development.

You will also attend two global events where all trainees gather to learn, network, and grow together.
