Responsibilities:
· Manage freight exception queue and perform cross reference handling to resolve shipment discrepancies
· Identify plant assignments for freight bills that do not auto-code based on system logic parameters
· Select and apply the correct General Ledger (GL) account to invoices using SAP and freight data
· Cross reference carrier documents, Bills of Lading (BOL), references, and carrier websites to ensure accurate coding and compliance
