Kobe Motor Company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader (TL) to lead sales operations and business development activities across the African market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, mentoring sales team members, and expanding the company's presence throughout Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies focused on African markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, importers, and customers across Africa.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and motivation.
Conduct sales negotiations and assist team members in closing key deals.
