+ Manages the overall administration and coordination of non-academic programs, ensuring alignment with university goals and objectives
+ Develops and implements program strategies to optimize performance and ensure effective delivery of program goals, timelines, and resource allocation
+ Oversees the planning and execution of program events, coordinating logistics, communications, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
+ Collaborates with internal stakeholders, including faculty, staff, and students, to ensure programs are executed smoothly and meet the needs of the university community
