Position Overview
- Coordinate and oversee international Private Label tender processes, in close collaboration with local purchasing teams.
- Ensure the end-to-end execution of calls for tenders, in line with defined governance, timelines and procedures.
- Lead and facilitate cross-border coordination meetings, including interactions and discussions with international suppliers.
- Act as a key point of contact for local coordinators across partner organisations, ensuring consistent alignment and information flow.
- Support or contribute to supplier negotiations at European level, in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain and continuously enhance reporting tools and dashboards to monitor budgets, tenders and supplier performance.
- Master's degree holder, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, retail or consulting environments.
