Geotab is seeking an International Payroll & Compliance Specialist who will be responsible for providing timely payroll administration to the Geotab group of companies, ensuring employment standard compliance and managing employees' queries regarding all aspects of payroll.
What you'll do:
As an International Payroll & Compliance Specialist, your key area of responsibility will be serving as the subject matter expert for payroll operations in
Italy and France, navigating complex local employment standards while acting as a trusted advisor to our employees. You will need to work closely with internal teams on benefit requirements for leaves of absence requests and disability paperwork, as well as communicate with senior management regarding internal audit reports.
