US-based client is looking for dynamic outbound agents to call trial and/or recently lapsed trial customers to get them to become paid subscribers to satellite and online entertainment services on the night shift.

This is a no cold calling center with more of a hot lead base of customers using the list of the 3-month free-trial subscribers. Education and Experience: Matric English language proficiency Minimum 1-year outbound sales experience within an international center is required Typing speed of minimum 35 wpm Key Competencies and Skills: Excellent communication skills Persuasiveness Negotiation skills Salary Per productive hour, shift and travel allowance provided and incentives.
