As the International Logistics Manager , you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and supervision of a team of Customer Service / Logistics agents. You plan, direct, supervise and evaluate work flows and coordinate work activities to achieve the goals expected and to meet operational requirements.
You will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing the order to cash process from order processing up to logistics (sea freight) and customer care. Your leadership and ability to foster collaboration will be instrumental in achieving success for the organization. This role will be end-to-end responsible for a seamless process execution in alignment with global standards.
You will be acting as liaison between various functions on global/regional level, external service providers and internal stakeholders.
