Job Description

• Manage daily import and export shipping operations in Malaysia
• Prepare shipping documents (e.g., bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin)
• Coordinate shipment movements and update customers on delivery status
• Liaise with runners, warehouse teams, and relevant parties to ensure smooth operations
• Handle documentation, VTA certification follow-ups, and other logistics-related tasks
